Isn't it obvious?

I was just reading a report about how by studying the genome of both humans and chimpanzees they've discovered that there was inter breeding between the two species for a period of about a million years. Give or take an eon or two. Given that chimpanzees aren't particularly nice animals to people not of their pack, and neither are humans, I know exactly what I was thinking when I read that report. And it wasn't mentioned in any of the other views I read. What was mentioned was that one person not involved in the research was curious why they would have viewed each other as mates. I personally don't think they did. Breeding doesn't always have to involve consent does it?

Am I just too cynical for my own good? And is Star Wars really just a cowboys and indians movie? Ok, so the second answer is yes, but that doesn't mean the first one is.

And also in late breaking news, if the drought in Britain continues one of the plans being touted is to tow icebergs to Britain. Once they figure out where the best ones come from.

Have you seen Robin William's Live on Broadway (2002) stand up by any chance. There's a part that he does about proposing to have sex with a gorilla. He suggests that "banging a gorilla" would be a great story to tell your mates about in the pub.... very, very funny (if you're into that sorta humour!).

"Am I just too cynical for my own good? "

ahhh an interesting question that requires more thought on being "cynical".

"Cynical realism—it’s the intelligent man’s best excuse for doing nothing in an intolerable situation."
- Aldous Huxley

"The power of accurate observation is frequently called cynicism by those who don't have it."
- George Bernard Shaw (1856-1950)

One for you to think about:
"Organized people are just to lazy to look for things."

Or am I just being cynical :-)
