Forts

Our unit at work is being moved out of our pod. So yesterday a whole bunch of (small) boxes came for us to put all our stuff in. So being the mature adults we are, we made a wall out of them. That got boring so I made two stacks and put them in the doorway as a toll gate. It got kicked down by management (literally) and today we've been told it's a WH&S issue and therefore need to be stacked against a wall. We have no wall space due to desks and there are no desks not being used. So some of them are now blocking a bookshelf, some are now blocking a cupboard and the rest are now in the hallway.

There is no sense of humour among management here. How on earth is having boxes stacked out of the way (I had to move them) be a problem? People shouldn't be running in the office anyway so I don't see how that's my problem. Nevertheless they are now moved.

Not happy Jan.

In other less interesting news, the knee is good enough to play again. So I'm back playing this weekend. Going to watch the top team play tonight in the Metro Cup semi-final and hopefully win so I can get back and play in the final. We'll see what actually happens. Whenever the final is.

I'm starving, I think it's time for lunch.
