Being good

I've turned over a new leaf and through sheer will power I am going to stick with it. I've decided I need to be healthier then I already am. I mean, it's not that I'm unhealthy in either eating habits or lifestyle. But there is room for improvement. So I've been flossing. I'm going to training this afternoon. And worst of all. I ate an apple instead of reaching for the lolly jar (conveniently located 1.2 arm spans am.

I could really use a donut and some coke round about now. Or a chokito. Possibly a twix or three.

9 out of 10 doctors recommend coke, so don't feel guilty about that.

In a similar vein to you Ben I'm thinking more about what I'm eating and trying to get more exercise. That 2.5km at footy training pointed out just how much I need it!!

Anyway just walked to a shop near my work with a mate for a snack and bought... wait for it... wait... grapes!

What the hell is going on? On top of that I haven't had my usual daily coke and have been drinking water all day... *sigh*

Life. Without Sugar? Or caffiene?

OMG

Should I hide now?

:P

Actually, I totally understand. After I had Lachlan I hit the same stage. Maybe it's a sign we're growing old? We're starting to be concerned about just what we're putting into our bodies ?
