Well, I'm not entirely happy with it, but I have done all the changes I wanted to. I now will randomly come up with an image, I've got columns back but it looks horrible in IE. But if you're using it you really shouldn't, and the purpose of version 1 was not to make it view perfectly in all browsers. Well, it was to start off with but I've had enough for one day. v2 will incorporate an IE friendly version of the site as well. For some reason setting a width for the right column causes it to display incorrectly. I wish I know why but I don't.
But anyway, any suggestions for improvement will be considered, so if you think there is some way you would find the blog easier/more interesting to read, let me know and I'll think abou it :)

I like it more than I did, good job so far. I think the random image thing could be bigger though, it is way too small IMO.
Also what I think would help your blog look better is if it ocassionally had some content on it.
I would like the image to be bigger as well. But that's not something I can change, it's the size of the image which is taken from Flickr.
And we have different opinions on what should be on a blog, I'm not a stream of consciousness blogger like some blogs are. But I think the appropriate response (with a bad german accent) is "ooooh, snap!"

Uhm, can't you just specify the size of the photo, to get around the flickr stuff? :)
