And will they pay for? I was playing the guitar today and I was having a lot of fun just playing loudly and singing. And the singing, I think anyway, was mostly in key. I don't think anyone is ever going to pay money to hear me sing, but the combination of my playinga nd someone else singing is a possibility. I've got a few projects going that may come to fruition (you know who you are) so perhaps one day I'll be paid to play. Till then I'll just have fun belting out covers of 60's songs. Nice and simple to play on guitar, none of this electronica or little extras that are put on modern records. Not that I'm complaining as I think they sound pretty darn good. Just that the old songs sound better when you only have 1 guitar to play around with, and an acoustic at that.
Started a new job on monday. It was meant to be outbound customer care, and has now turned into outbound customer care/upgrade. Which means I really am a telemarketer. Wonderful. But the good news is I seem to be being groomed for a service coach role. Which is good. But it's still telemarketing. Which is bad. But I don't have to call. Which is good. Etc etc.
Poker friday night. Should be good, even if I am turning up late. I don't think I'll ever win but it's fun trying. Just have to call all in at the right time. It's an art. And I'm not an artist.
