Bomb Threat

Well, as most people know there was a bomb threat on public transport in Brisbane today. Unfortunately as I work in the city I was caught up in it as I left work early to get home. The bus was packed and I had to wait for the 2nd 130 before I could get on. And then it stopped just before my stop to let everybody off as they all did at 445. Close enough to home that I walked the rest of the way so it's not like I was put out or anything like a lot of other people would have been.

Brings home the seriousness of the threat though. Especially when you see the bus driver checking the bus for any left behind bags before letting new passengers on. Kind of scary.

Anyway, that's all I really have to say. Apart from the fact I get a cover for my iPod tomorrow as Julie got her cases in and I get one of them. When I say I get one of them I do first have to pay for it, but I consider it a small price to pay. Till tomorrow then.

Oh, and I hope Cam and Vanessa are enjoying the first night in their new place. I have to see it soon, I'd like to know where I'll be staying over the wedding period :)
