Oi oi oi!
Well, if you don't know then you have done a good job of being under a rock. So my plan is now to go to Germany to watch the world cup. It's been a long cherished dream of mine, longer even then owning an mx-5. I kind of put it on the backburner due to lack of funds but now that Australia have made it I'm dead set keen. I've been unable to find much information about sporting tours that cover the world cup (haven't done an exhaustive search yet though) but I'm sure there will be some up very soon. So then I need to see if I can afford to go at the price the tour is charging. I could just do it independently but then what to do when Australia gets past the group stage? So just need time to sort it out. I'm so excited I'm even considering going back to playing soccer again instead of AFL. We'll see how I feel in the New Year and it's time for pre-season training.
Of course I could just stay in Australia and buy the mx-5 instead. We'll see how it goes.
Plus I bought Civ 4 yesterday, so all in all yesterday was just about a good a day as it gets. Haven't had much of a chance to play it yet but I'm invising filling all my spare time with it. Who needs a social life anyway :)
