Victory! Sweet sweet Victory!

Ha ha! For the first time in DreamTeam history I've beaten someone I know! Mick put up a good fight but the might of the AllStars was too much for The Band! Enough gloating, there will be more once I get the elusive 2000 points...only 83 off this week, looking good.....but I'm very happy with my team, very happy indeed.

Still looking for a room to live somewhere. I have some feelers out, but nothing solid. I have faith something will come up in the next month :)

We won soccer 2-0 on the weekend, very pleasing game. Not only the victory but I personally thought I had a good game. Normally I'm pretty hard on myself but I made one great tackle and I like to think organised things at the back well. It's good being captain of a side that's winning...not so good when it's not winning :) Been there, don't want to do that again :)

My car is in the shop getting its injury repaired and there's a chance I'll get it back Friday. Only a chance, but I'm happy with even that small chance. And I've got the manuals for my car on CD, so I can try and find out why on earth my front left light keeps blowing. Even if I can't figure it out, there may be some things I can do to fix the car later on that I'll be able to do myself instead of paying someone money.

Of course, the plan is to move to England...so not a good chance that will happen :)
