Worst, help, ever

Ok, I know I wasn't expecting too much out of the poll, but I was
hoping to get a more clear cut decision then that :) I guess it'll
have to be up to me to decide. German may end up being the way simply
because it's what I want. Plus I've been told it's fairly simple to
learn. I'll look into lessons and keep everyone informed of my
language lessons.

So what else is new? The car is good, lots of space to move and not
too big. Just the right amount of power for my liking. Despite claims
to the contrary, it is not grey, nor is it gray. It is instead a sort
of Lilac colour. It is the largest car I've ever owned too, which
isn't saying much. Given I've owned an NX-R and then an MX-5, it feels
more odd that there is no x in the name. The thing I'm most happy
about is that it's not a car that can be bought in Australia. Not this
model anyway.

While I haven't found the pod cast tour of Barcelona, I do have a
walking tour to go with. Las Ramblas figures prominently, and the tour
is coming together nicely in my head. We'll see how it goes and how
far I end up getting out of my comfort zone. Probably not very far but
you never know :)

We've had a new person start at work today who is going to be taking
over the support stuff. Which is fantastic news for me as I get to
move into development. Not a good start today as I wasn't able to fix
up something wasn't working. Of course, someone had to do the support
calls as well which is my excuse...talking to people on gmail didn't
slow me down at all ;)

Also, I have a few photos to put up. It will happen soon, probably
after I get 1 or 2 of the car as I'm sure people would like to see it.
That's the plan anyway. Sometimes these plans work, like dinner. I was
talking to Jacqui and she put the thought of steak and salad in my
head, so I planned it and it came out brilliantly. I didn't even set
off the smoke alarm. Pity all my plans don't go that well...
