A change of scene

Well, our games in London got cancelled due to lack of numbers. So last weeks game against Ealing was the last game of Aussie Rules for this year. Very short season....

So now it's on to Gaelic. I played Sunday in the heat (it was the hottest day I've seen so far) but they made me play keeper which I didn't enjoy. Especially against the best side in the league...I got a lot of practice kicking that day. Hopefully in the next few games they forget about that performance (apparently they think I played well) and I get to remain out on the field. I think it's back to defence though, which I'm still not sure is a good or bad thing yet.

In other news....well there really isn't any other news. Same old same old really. Work is still busy. The summer seems to have finally arrived and then gone again, as it's meant to be raining for the next few days. For a change it's warmer over here then it is in Brisbane. There have been several occasions when I've worn shorts and not been cold...so it has to be warm!

Anyway, time to go and iron a shirt for work.
